Returned goods – any goods purchased from our standard stock range, which are in new, unused condition and have all their original packaging – can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of the original purchase price in full. In these circumstances the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.
In any case where goods are returned for any reason, and Duckhams agrees to issue a refund, Duckhams liability is limited to the original purchase price of the goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are damaged or faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. In all circumstances, customers must contact Duckhams to arrange for goods to be returned.
